Each draw has an admin-set deadline. The countdown is shown live on every draw card. Once the deadline passes, the draw fires automatically.

A random winner is picked
Our system randomly selects one active ticket as the winner. The process is fully automated and impartial — every ticket has an equal chance.

Winner notified instantly
The winner receives an in-app notification and an email within seconds of the draw. The winner is also announced publicly on the Winners page.

Claim your prize
Log in to your account, go to My Wins, and click "Claim my prize". You have a set number of days to claim. Our team contacts you to arrange delivery.
